Job Description
TFP is seeking a Clinical Embryologist to join their team at Belfast Fertility in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will contribute to the clinical workload, train junior embryologists, and be involved in quality control, donor recruitment, and more.
Requirements
- Perform standard embryology & andrology procedures
- Recruit, select, and screen gamete donors
- Communicate treatment results and options to patients
- Obtain patient consent and accurately document cycle details
- Perform witnessing & traceability in line with regulations
- Assist in cryostore & gas cylinder maintenance
- Monitor lab equipment and stock levels
- Induction, Training & Performance Management
- Adhere to national regulations, professional guidelines, and TFP policies
- Maintain confidentiality in line with data protection legislation
