Job Description
TFP is looking for a Lab Manager to lead a team of embryologists, andrologists, and assistants in delivering high standards of patient care in line with national regulation and TFP policy. The post holder will be responsible for resource planning, service development, and quality management within the laboratory area.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Science
- State Registered/Nationally Registered Scientist (or immediately eligible to apply)
- Minimum of 8 years clinical experience, including senior/management experience
- In-depth knowledge of clinical embryology biology and scientific evidence
- Understanding of related disciplines
- Knowledge of prevailing national legislation
- Experience with quality assurance and quality control in the laboratory
- Experience working with a quality management system
- Resource planning experience
- Experience in training junior staff and performance management
