Job Description
Join TGR Solutions, Inc. as an Accounting Clerk in Los Angeles and become the financial engine of our daily operations. As a detail-oriented and proactive team member, you will manage accounts payable and receivable, perform monthly inventory reconciliation, and support the month-end close. This is a fully on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.
Requirements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks Online
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation using SOS by QuickBooks Online
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date asset register
- Support the month-end close and deliver weekly financial snapshots to the CEO
- Reconcile all corporate card transactions on Ramp
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison with our external bookkeeping firm, Pilot
- Match purchase orders to vendor invoices and manage vendor relationships
