The Sales Account Manager will develop new business relationships, increase account profitability, and provide customer support. They will also identify prospective customers, develop new client relationships, and promote TransPerfect's services.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Motivated with a proactive attitude
- Results-driven, ability to work independently and take ownership
- Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Interest in Strategic Business Development and/or Client Services/Account Management as a long-term career path
- Previous Sales/Business Development/Account Management experience
