Accounts Receivable Specialist

The operations team is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our growing business. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you are responsible for issuing invoices, applying payments, and liaising with Sales to ensure prompt payment while maintaining good customer relations and achieving company standards for results.

Requirements

• Verify and post client payments
• Timely application of all client payments received
• Acquire client remittances to ensure accurate and timely application
• Identify client overpayments due to currency gains and post relating entries
• Investigate older items on account, identify and note cause
• Identify clients with consistent payment issues and work with both client and management to resolve.
• Assist with various reports
• Special projects as needed
