Client Services Associate

TransPerfect is seeking a Client Services Associate to serve as the first level of support to existing clients, managing and coordinating language projects, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The role involves responding to client requests, collaborating with the production team, and anticipating potential roadblocks to successful completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
• Customer service and/or project management experience
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to prioritize and schedule tasks and work in a team environment
