The Client Services Associate is responsible for serving as the first level of support to existing clients, managing and coordinating the completion of all language projects, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- Substantial customer service and/or project management experience
