The Human resources department is looking for a Human Resources Intern to provide support and assistance with various HR processes, learn and assist with exit and leave processes, administer employee benefits, and maintain employee files.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Attention to detail and problem-solving competencies
- Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
- Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
- Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
