Our Human resources department is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team. Responsibilities include supporting Onboarding processes, exit procedures, absences and leaves, employee relocations and international transfers, employee benefits, and more.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Attention to detail and problem-solving competencies
- Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
- Positive attitude, resiliency, and the ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
- Maintain flexibility to take on additional responsibilities, as needed
