Responsible for HR operational tasks, employment life cycle, absence management, terminations, recruitment, employee onboarding, relocation, transfers, and employee relations.
Requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of employment law
- Positive attitude, resiliency, and ability to produce high quality and volume at a fast pace
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving competencies
- Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience
- Fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal)
- Prior experience of working with HRIS Software (Workday)
