Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in life sciences or healthcare industries
- Proven ability to manage digital campaigns from strategy through execution
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and basic design tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly
- Comfortable working across teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders
