Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage high volumes of email efficiently
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills (experience in restaurant or retail settings is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn new technology platforms
- A keen attention to detail and strong documentation skills are paramount
- Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
