Project Managers execute all projects from start to finish, serving as a single point of accountability for their successful completion. They are responsible for the entire life cycle of all projects assigned to them and serve as a single point of contact/accountability.
Requirements
- Confirm clarity of instructions prior to initiating project workflow
- Coordinate with Account Executives to educate/advise clients
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with contract linguists
- Use Computer Assisted Translation tools
- Communicate any issues/problems/delays/additional information
- Effectively liaise with other departments
- Perform a Final Eye quality check
- Return completed project to Account Executive on time
- Bill projects completely and accurately
- Establish and maintain working relationships with contract linguists
- Investigate/resolve client complaints
- Based on management approval, be involved with training of new employees
- Work to understand and be knowledgeable about your clients
- Make recommendations to your manager on ways to improve processes
- Perform other special projects or duties
