Regional SEO Team Lead

TransPerfect's Digital department is seeking an experienced Regional SEO Team Lead to own the delivery, growth, and operational excellence of SEO services across a key global region.

Requirements

• Leading all SEO delivery across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO and AIO/GEO in the assigned region.
• Ensuring all SEO deliverables adhere to global frameworks, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Overseeing regional SEO resourcing (in-house & external), capacity planning, and project prioritization.
• Managing and mentoring SEO specialists within the region.
• Ensuring clear alignment between Technical SEO, On-Page SEO AIO/GEO, Content, UX/CRO, and Paid Media teams.
• Contributing to the evolution of regional outsourcing processes, vendor management, and quality control.
