Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree
- At least 5 years of experience in implementation or product support with domestic clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior client relationship management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Indian HR and Payroll domain
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Ability to perform under pressure during peak periods (month-end, quarter-end, and year-end)
