- 2+ to 5 years of experience
- Experience levels Sr executive 5 + years
- 3 years of experience in technical support
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support with domestic clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong client relationship management abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian HR and Payroll domains
