Senior Product Manager

TransPerfect seeks a Senior Product Manager to manage and own the product lifecycle for integration frameworks for CMS & e-commerce systems. The position will work with internal development and QA teams and vendor partners to build integrations into GlobalLink, a flagship cloud-based translation management platform.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant work experience
• 8+ years of experience in a software or technology company
• 3+ years of software product management experience
• Advanced knowledge of all aspects of the software product development lifecycle
• Experience in effectively working with external and internal clients to gather and organize user requirements, user stories and use cases
• Familiar with tools like JIRA for project and requests tracking
• Must have very strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker
• Proven track record of balancing multiple projects at once and delivery of projects successfully on time
• Experienced in working on integrating products using 3rd party APIs
• Experienced with content management systems, e-commerce platforms and headless ecommerce or CMS systems.
• Technical background with experience in any of the following is preferred, but not required: Java, Microsoft.Net, PHP, REST APIs, and JSON/XML
• Exposure to leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance product management processes, workflows, and decision-making.
