The SEO Specialist plays a key role in the expansion and growth of the Client Services Department, working alongside Sales to pitch digital marketing services and data-driven strategies to existing and prospective clients. They build strong client relationships by providing sound strategic guidance and reporting tangible results.
Requirements
- Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
- Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented and dynamic with careful attention to detail
- Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and challenging goals
- Willingness to travel to offsite client or sales meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO
- Experience client-side in the retail or travel industries or agency-side servicing international clients
- Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and experience with industry tools such as SEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Web Analytics platforms (Google Analytics and/or Omniture)
