Requirements

• Provide support for company secretary tasks to ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Act
• Coordinate the reporting of information to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• Organize efficient meetings for board of directors, as well as shareholders for the company and its affiliates
• Organize Thai Oil group's executive meeting
• Good Interpersonal skill and coordinating
• Strong English language in all skills
