Bauleiter Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (m/w/d)

Hitachi Rail is seeking a Site Manager-Leit- und Sicherungstechnik to ensure the installation of signal technical equipment and their electronic and mechanical components throughout Germany. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction projects, team management, and rail technology.

Requirements

• At least 3-year vocational training in a specific field, supplemented by relevant professional experience
• 4-year university education (e.g. Dipl.-Verkehrsingenieur, M.A. Bahningenieur, Dipl.-Wirtschaftsingenieur) and relevant professional experience
• Extensive experience in the responsibility of construction projects and the management of teams
• Leadership skills and high level of team skills
• Ability to motivate and guide people
• High level of assertiveness and excellent communication skills
• Deep knowledge in the field of rail technology, ideally in Leit- und Sicherungstechnik
