Job Description
Hitachi Rail is seeking a Test Assistant for Control and Safety Technology to support the commissioning of train control systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of electrical engineering experience, is solution-oriented, and willing to travel for commissioning activities. Knowledge of rail technology and control and safety technology is an advantage.
Requirements
- Support the commissioning of train control systems at customer locations
- Identify obvious defects at the elements of the outdoor facility
- Perform measurements and consistency tests of the elements at the LST outdoor facilities
- Eliminate errors at the elements and the cable installation
- Fill in the project documentation carefully
- Ensure the observance of accident prevention regulations
