Job Description
Hitachi Rail is seeking a Solution Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate solution engineering activities for the F-Bane Programme. The role involves managing cross-functional engineering efforts, enforcing engineering processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver complex railway signalling solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Proven experience managing engineering activities in large-scale infrastructure or safety-critical projects
- Strong leadership skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
