Job Description
Hitachi Rail is seeking a Team Lead Supply Chain to lead a team of 14 employees in the workshop and warehouse, coordinating the entire supply chain flow from goods receipt to invoicing. The role involves securing and developing the European Repair Center in the Netherlands, promoting a culture of ownership and collaboration, and working closely with the project organization for timely and quality execution.
Requirements
- HBO/WO work and thinking level, preferably in Supply Chain Management
- Experience as a Supply Chain Planner is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within a supply chain environment
- Demonstrable leadership experience
- Lean Green Belt certified or willing to obtain this within 1 year
- Strong in workflow management and familiar with ERP systems
- Analytical, communicative, and solution-focused
