Senior Security Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our Advanced Security Response Team. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership, mentoring, customer management, and process improvement capabilities.

What You Will Do

Monitor and manage daily Security operations, investigate and respond to complex security incidents, and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include security operations & incident management, technical leadership & SME responsibilities, training & mentorship, process improvement & automation, and customer & stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Security Operations, Incident Response, SOC Engineering, or related cybersecurity roles
• Strong understanding of web application security, cloud security, and network security fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with web technologies and protocols including HTTP/S, SSL/TLS, DNS, TCP/IP, REST APIs, JSON, and JavaScript
• Experience analyzing security incidents, traffic behavior, and attack mitigation techniques
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage technical customer interactions
