Requirements

• Creation and processing of project, work and detail plans
• Participation in challenging new and renovation projects
• Development of individual expansion plans up to larger superstructures
• Close cooperation with internal teams, clients and specialized planners
• Coordination and detail planning until successful implementation
• Minimum completed vocational training as drafting/ designer EFZ field architecture or further education as Technician/ architect HF
• Several years of experience in the execution planning of building projects in Switzerland
• Safe handling of CAD programs, preferably ArchiCAD, as well as the usual IT programs
• Independent, precise and structured working style
• Team-friendly, flexible and resilient personality
• Passion for architecture and an eye for detail
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
