Job Description
We're hiring a Senior Accountant to own the financial engine behind our two-sided ads marketplace, managing day-to-day financial operations, revenue, billing, and reconciliation. You'll work independently, bringing structure and reliability to a critical part of the business.
Requirements
- 3–6 years' experience in accounting or finance, with strong foundational training
- Degree-qualified in accounting, finance, or similar
- Experience handling revenue, billing, invoicing, or reconciliation
- Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous or unstructured environments (startup, scaleup, or consulting)
- Strong grasp of core accounting processes (AP, AR, month-end close)
- Ability to identify issues, work through ambiguity, and resolve discrepancies independently
- Track record of improving processes and reducing manual work
- Experience with accounting tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
