Tharp Custom Cabinetry is a family-owned custom cabinet manufacturer seeking a Business Unit Leader to manage operations, grow sales, and improve profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management or related field experience.
• Five years in a General Construction management and leadership role with direct reports.
• Two years of direct work experience in a project management or construction management capacity.
• P&L Experience of $6M plus preferred.
