Millwork Estimator

Boulder Mills is seeking a Millwork Estimator to accurately estimate project costs, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and ensure bids are competitive while maintaining profitability.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Proficient in takeoff software (e.g., Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong Excel skills with the ability to efficiently manage, analyze, and present data.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation and documentation.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication techniques used in custom millwork.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
