Sales and Design-Outside Sales position at Tharp Custom Cabinetry. The position involves pre-qualifying, pursuing, and closing cabinet and related product sales for contractors, design partners, and retail customers.
Requirements
- Proficient computer skills including MSOffice, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Ability to learn and use proprietary Custom Software solutions
- Excellent customer service, organization, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage several activities at once and make decisions as circumstances change
- Must work well in a team environment and have the ability to work with others
- Ability to read and interpret Construction documents including Plans, specifications and contracts
- Previous sales, lead generation, lead development, and customer service experience with a proven track record showing success in closing sales and excellent customer communication and service skills
- High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or work experience that is specifically applicable
