Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Growth to take full ownership of client marketing strategy and scale our portfolio of wellness brands to new heights. As a strategic brain behind the brands you lead, you'll set the vision, craft the messaging, call the plays, and run the team that executes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading growth or marketing at a brand or agency
- Scalable DTC brands with revenue over $5M
- Deep knowledge of the wellness space, including blue light, supplements, functional medicine, biohacking, and longevity
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopify analytics
- Strong writing skills, including hooks, angles, and copy that convert
- Experience leading teams and setting clear direction
Benefits
- Compensation: $8,000–$12,000/month USD + performance bonuses
