Job Description
The Strategic Operations Associate role is responsible for enabling disciplined, data-driven execution of complex employer deals, partnering closely with Sales, Solutions, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, revenue operations, or a related analytical role supporting commercial decision-making
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
