Aerial Foreman

Thayer Power and Communication is seeking an Aerial Fiber Foreman to oversee construction, maintenance, and operation of overhead telecommunications.

Requirements

• Review project plans and specifications
• Organize job schedules and direct crew activities
• Conduct site safety assessments and communicate with management
• Ensure field maintenance on equipment
• Ability to read engineering plans
• Experience with underground inner-duct and cable placement
• Ability to operate a mini excavator
• Proficiency with paperwork and communication skills
• Ability to motivate crews
• Class A CDL required
• Extensive aerial telephone experience required
