Food and Beverage Manager
High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of dining room supervisory experience in a private club. Culinary certifications (food safety, alcohol beverage) preferred
Server
High school degree and 2 years of experience preferred. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Proficient in reading, writing and math
Line Cook
High school diploma/GED required, minimum 6 months experience, and knowledge of menu. Must be able to perform tasks during emergency situations
AM Line Cook
HS diploma/GED and 2-3 yrs of related experience. Flexibility for schedule and overtime work needed. Food safety and sanitation standards must be met
Bartender
High school degree & one year bartending experience. Must hold a legal drinking vessel certification & be able to work in a hot environment
Bus Person
High school diploma. Previous restaurant/banquet experience. Basic math skills are expected
Pro Shop Attendant
High school diploma or equivalent, retail or customer service experience, knowledge of golf terminology
Golf Cart Attendant
Valid driver's license, availability to work shifts between Monday-Sunday, minimum age 16, ability to stand 6-8 hours, positive attitude
Golf: Player Assistant
Must have a valid driver’s license, be available to work shifts Monday through Sunday, and have a working knowledge of basic golf rules and etiquette
