Food and Beverage Manager

The Club is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of the club’s dining services and beverage production. This role involves supervising staff, managing budgets, creating revenue, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service. The manager will also develop and implement programs to increase revenue and member satisfaction.

Requirements

• Designs floor plans based on reservations.
• Inspects dining room employees.
• Processes reservation logs and manages payments.
• Prepares monthly reports on dining room operations.
• Develops and maintains the dining room reservation system.
