Job Description
Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily food and beverage service within the club's restaurant operations. This role ensures excellent member service, adherence to club standards, and success in meeting expectations. The Restaurant Manager will assist with meal-period oversight and provide hands-on service during low-volume periods, while also assisting with training and development.
Requirements
- Maintain Invited service standards at high levels.
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests.
- Supervise service staff and monitor the reservation book.
- Oversee room setups and ensure cleanliness.
- Complete opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory and maintain food safety standards.
- Assist in training and development of service staff.
