Job Description
Invited is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage service in their restaurant operations, ensuring excellent member and guest experiences. The Manager will assist with meal-period oversight, maintain service standards, and work to exceed expectations. This role is within a junior management position, focusing on hands-on service responsibilities during low-volume periods, as a direct counterpart to the Restaurant Director.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong communication skills, including talking and hearing.
- Proficient in computer skills (spreadsheet software).
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
