Middle School Math Teacher

The Academy Charter Schools is seeking a Middle School Math Teacher to deepen students’ understanding of the subject and prepare them for college. The role involves developing lesson plans, providing instruction, and ensuring a high-quality learning environment. Collaboration with colleagues and instructional leaders is expected.

• Teach standards-based curriculum
• Develop lesson plans and supplementary materials
• Teach content and skills
• Incorporate the use of technology on an ongoing basis
• Implement and deliver quality instruction
• Prepare assignments and create innovative methods of teaching
• Implement classroom management skills
• Build meaningful and professional relationships with students and families
• Perform other duties as assigned
