Job Description
The Resource Specialist Teacher will design and deliver individualized instruction for students with disabilities, assess academic, social-emotional, and transition needs, and use data to guide instruction, behavior supports, and IEP goals. The teacher will collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and support staff to ensure students receive appropriate accommodations, modifications, and services in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
Requirements
- California Education Specialist Instruction Teaching Credential in Mild/Moderate Disabilities with English Learners Authorization
- Spanish Bilingual preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
