Lettings Negotiator

The role of Lettings Negotiator is exciting and rewarding! Duties will include qualifying prospective tenants, identifying their property needs, conducting viewing appointments, and working with landlords to provide marketing support and advice.

Requirements

• At least six months to one years experience as a residential lettings agent
• Excellent sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Ability to negotiate
• Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
• Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
