Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of (4) years of experience in similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial and/or public project in excess of $10M
- Excellent grasp of theories, principles and practices related to Scheduling
- Experience with Construction Project Management Software
- Some knowledge of city building codes
- Ability to prioritize all tasks and projects for on-time completion
- Must possess strong organizational skills including maintaining all project files and record drawings
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs
- Strong written and oral communication skills; assist in written materials including correspondence, reports, and guidelines
