Manufacturing Engineer

The Aerospace Corporation is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to lead and contribute to manufacturing assessments across the space system lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and analyzing manufacturing processes, team/leadership positions, and presenting technical information. This is a full-time position requiring 100% onsite work in El Segundo, CA. Requirements

• BS degree in industrial engineering or related technical discipline
• 6 years experience in developing and analyzing manufacturing processes
• Demonstrated experience in team/leadership positions and driving accountability
• Experience in formulation of technical task planning, recruiting cross-functional teams, issue resolution, and orchestrating task balance across a team
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks
