Program Finance Partner

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Program Finance Partner to support multiple teams within the Federal and Commercial (FCP) division. The chosen individual will perform project cost and schedule analysis, provide results to stakeholders, and identify and resolve issues. As a trusted financial advisor, you will develop and implement financial and operational metrics, dashboards, and forecasts to enable informed decision-making and support the corporation's value proposition to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive experience in program control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated track record as a resourceful and creative solution finder
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and build rapport across all levels of the organization
