RF and Antenna Engineer​ - Eng Specialist/Sr Eng Specialist

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking an RF and Antenna Engineer to join their team in Chantilly, VA. The selected candidate will provide subject matter expertise in antennas and antenna systems and/or RF components and systems using a mix of modeling/simulation and experimental measurements. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience. The candidate will work full time on-site at the facility in Chantilly, VA.

Requirements

• Provide subject matter expertise in antennas and antenna systems and/or RF components and systems using a mix of modeling/simulation and experimental measurements
• Solve technically challenging problems in the areas of communications, signals collection, and remote sensing
• Independently conduct technical studies/analysis/experiments/simulations and author report findings
• Provide ongoing technical consultation and advice to management, customers, and contractors
• Lead cross-organizational teams, organize interfaces with customer and/or Aerospace program offices
