Requirements
- Manage and prioritize multiple sourcing requests
- Own your desk by tracking candidate pipelines and requisition status
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate information and interactions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand ongoing needs
- Organize and coordinate sourcing activities across multiple business units
