4-year degree, 3+ years of experience, strong verbal and writing skills, prior NERC compliance experience

3-5 years of experience as a PV O&M solar technician, with knowledge of electrical or mechanical fundamentals, and basic knowledge of operational characteristics of equipment and associated control devices

3+ years of complex power settlements/accounting experience, complete understanding of RTO/ISO charge types, and experience working with Energy trading, settlements, scheduling, operations, back office

5-10 years of construction project management experience, 3rd party EPC firm management experience, project management certification, strong communication and presentation skills, partner management skills

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in project management for renewable energy project construction

2-year technical degree or equivalent, 3+ years as a PV O&M solar technician, 5+ years in a power plant, with 1+ year in PV Solar O&M or construction

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 0-5 years of experience in asset management

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, 0-5 years of operational technology experience

2+ years of experience as a paralegal, MS Office proficiency, excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a team-player mindset
