Business Entrepreneurship Professor

The African Leadership University is seeking a Professor of Business and Entrepreneurship to lead and shape our Business Programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels across our campuses. The role will ensure that our programs remain globally relevant, academically rigorous, and deeply entrepreneurial.

Requirements

• 10+ years of academic and/or industry experience in business, management, or entrepreneurship
• Proven experience in building or scaling entrepreneurial ventures, or in actively supporting entrepreneurs
• Demonstrated success in curriculum development and academic leadership within a business or entrepreneurship program
• Evidence of published research in business, management, or entrepreneurship in reputable academic journals
• Experience working in or with diverse, global, and multicultural settings, ideally in emerging markets
• Track record of partnership development with industry, investors, and external stakeholders
