Volunteer / Intern Mentoring Program Coordinator

The Aparecio Foundation is a nonprofit organization that aims to lift women out of poverty through academic support and scholarship programs. The culture is informal and laid-back, with employees working independently and in teams to develop effective organizational structure and work processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required), Master's Degree (preferred); emphasis on social work, sociology, psychology, or education
• 2 or more years experience with nonprofit program administration (i.e., mentoring, education, volunteer management, etc.)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience with a gender-specific mentoring program (required)
• Able to devote 40 hours/week
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
