
Job description
The AVP 1 will serve as a key contact for LPs, GPs, and Investor Relations teams, managing complex queries, bespoke reporting requests, and side letter obligations. The role will oversee quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS, including partner capital accounts and waterfall allocations. The AVP 1 will also lead audit coordination, managing deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution with external auditors.
The AVP 1 will be responsible for client service and stakeholder management, fund accounting and reporting, process and controls, and people leadership. Key responsibilities include managing complex queries, bespoke reporting requests, and side letter obligations, as well as overseeing quarterly and annual financial statements under US GAAP/IFRS.
The ideal candidate will have a client-centric mindset, technical expertise in accounting, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The AVP 1 will also need to be able to influence and collaborate with cross-functional relationships, and have problem-solving and leadership skills.
