
Job description
The Client Services Manager, Fund Administration will support the onboarding of fund, SPV and corporate structures, and act as a central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external service providers. The role will also involve supporting the development and refinements of Apex's regional service offerings.
The main responsibilities of the role include supporting the onboarding of fund, SPV and corporate structures, coordinating documentation, KYC/AML requirements, and internal approvals. The role also involves acting as a central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external service providers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in fund administration, corporate services, professional services, consulting or financial services, preferably in a client-facing or onboarding role. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of fund and corporate structures, including open-ended funds, closed-ended funds (PE/VC), SPVs, and holding companies.
