
Job description
Join the Fund Services team as an AVP and work with Clients and Client Service Managers to perform duties related to the administration of Private Equity Funds. Review and sign off NAV and Financials, record Journal Entries, prepare monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, process payments, and prepare investor notices and client reporting.
Review Capital Call and distribution workings, manage end-execution of Private Equity Funds, identify and implement process improvement techniques, and handle client relationships and onboarding new clients.
We're looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President with at least 9 years of experience in PERE and Hybrid Funds, with expertise in Investran, eFront, and Macro-enabled workbooks, and a good conceptual knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
